By accessing and using Perfectsign's website or services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. Perfectsign provides custom house address and numbers signs—design, manufacturing, and installation of LED and non-LED acrylic signs. We serve Ontario (mainly GTA) and Alberta (Edmonton to Calgary). Our business is located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Perfectsign provides:

• Custom design and manufacturing of acrylic LED and non-LED house address signs
• Professional installation of address signs
• Custom and bulk orders with concept proofs
• More than 40 font styles; reinforced acrylic material (US import); lifetime warranty

3. Quotes and Orders

When you request a quote or place an order:

• You may provide your preferred design, size, and style; we can create a concept proof for your order
• Quotes and communications are subject to confirmation in writing where applicable
• Bulk orders may receive special pricing as communicated by us

4. Payment Terms

We do not take deposits. Payment is due after the job is done. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment methods as agreed at the time of order. Refunds or adjustments are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

5. Warranty and Quality

Our signs are made with reinforced acrylic material, are no rust, weather resistant, and require no maintenance. We provide a lifetime warranty on our products as specified at the time of sale. This warranty applies to materials and workmanship under normal use in Canadian weather conditions.

6. Cancellation and Changes

Order cancellations or significant changes may be subject to our Cancellation Policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Perfectsign and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfectsign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
